Many European states have refused use of national currencies and send to the official currency of the European Union - Euro. The DM, the Dutch gulden, the French franc, etc. currencies as economic unit does not exist any more. It is not simply next denomination, change of design or improvement of signs on protection - now the whole currencies which were used for thousand years send to symbolical area, became memory, history, a myth...

 

Today, former national European currencies can be named " Currencies phantoms ". As the most part of history of the European currencies they were done of silver they are produced too from silver and in design their "author's" style for each country is as much as possible observed.
